Simply typing in a new resolution value into the file won’t result in a higher resolution print. If your graphics resolution is too low, the best solution is to recreate it.
Remove backgrounds from your images and upload them as a PNG file with a transparent background. This will ensure you have no hard bounding box line to your uploaded logos.
We need the file to be 300dpi at the final output size required on your product. For example, if you want a 30cm x 30cm image across the front of your polo shirt, you will need to supply an image that is 30cm x 30cm @ 300dpi.
Your artwork stays a fixed size across all of the garment sizes you order. If you scale your artwork to the edge of the layout, it won’t appear on the edge on sizes larger than XS, Y6 or 2Y.
Our Layout render your design on the smallest size available. This ensure all elements of your design will be visible across all sizes.
The 3D model for Adult garments is a Size M and Lady garments is a Size L10.
Ensure your design looks great across all sizes by not putting any elements up against the edge of the layout.
Design services can be charged in various ways, depending on the project and the specific requirements.:
Simple design: free, such as setting the front & back color, logo placement. Picture/vector materials: about 30$ each. Logo redraw: 10$+ each according to the complexity. Redrawing clothes designs provided: 20-50$ according to the complexity. Modifying images provided: an additional charge according to the design requirements. Designs created by the designer: an additional charge according to the design requirements. 3D sample mockup: FREE for a limited time. New customers enjoy a AUD10 discount on their first design fee.

Unauthorized use of famous logos won’t be approved.
